Kindred spirits, ceramic artist Norman Douglas, a man whose cheese is sliding off his cracker, and art dealer Edith Lambert—who sees herself as the Vera Wang of geek chic and horror hip—have joined forces to offer a selection of usable and wearable products.
Originally sculpted in clay, Norman’s ironic, whimsical, loco desquiciado images are inspired by the music of Jimmy Hendrix, larger than life sports figures, and the works of wild and wilder artists like Dali and Picasso, for example.
Together, Norman and Edith ask the occupants of the universe to wrap up in their quirky ideas of deeply fantastical, foolish, funny, facial facades that facilitate fierce and flamboyant attitudes.
